It is used to treat numerous emotional complaints including impatience, insatiability, insomnia, melancholia, and stress. Taken internally or externally, chamomile is anti–inflammatory. It can help ease menstrual symptoms and stomach distress. Steep 1– 2 teaspoons / cup in your tea pot of hot boiling water. Or simply add 1 teaspoon per cup into your coffee filter in your coffee machine and brew as you would to make a cup!
